My integration of approaches is centered around finding a way to help you in a way that fits your needs and life. Together, we will collaborate to build a meaningful connection, manage symptoms, and create lasting change. I believe, that with a deeper awareness of your strengths, and insight on how you view the world, you could lead the healthy lifestyle you are seeking. As a generalist, I have worked with patients of all ages treating a wide range of diagnoses. I conduct therapy through the integration of a number of approaches, applying a style that best fits your needs. I have done extensive training in integrating these modalities to treat anxiety related disorders. It is challenging to reach out when you need help, and you have already made that first leap.
