This is a very organized office. I waited in my car until they called me in, then they took my temperature and showed me the office. I arrived 15 minutes early and they took me as soon as I arrived. The doctor was attentive and I did not feel rushed at all. The only aspect I found odd (but perhaps this is standard), is that the front desk gave me the billing code for a procedure; I have to call the insurance provider myself to see if it is covered.

Awesome dermatologist. Acne cleared up within a month and both times I visited I was seen within minutes of arriving. Couldn’t recommend more.

I’ve been to different dermatologists before and Dr. Banker made me feel very comfortable. It’s easy to feel super self conscious at a dermatology office. And chances are you googled everything before coming in. But she addressed all my questions with professional knowledge and left feeling better. I have already referred her to my family. The office is new and clean, the staff was very nice as well.

I filled out the initial forms on Zocdoc before my appointment. I was asked for my ID and co-pay as soon as I arrived. I did not wait at all. The staff was very kind and helpful. The doctor was very informative and concerned.
