I had a Free consultation with Dr Fareed. He was neither good nor bad in my opinion. A typical doctor. I feel he knows his stuff which was reassuring to me. He was very thorough and took a page worth of notes. Unfortunately , he seemed to only be interested in his questions not mine. He interrupted and did not listen when I offered additional information about my health history or had questions. He said we are here so he can explain what they offer to patients In his clinic. Sometimes patients need more than the facts. Sigh.
The staff on the other hand were amazing! They were so kind & caring. I didn’t even ask and they took me on a tour of the treatment area.

During the consultation I felt uncomfortable and as if the doctor didn’t believe what I was telling him. It was like I was having to convince him of my diagnosis that had been corroborated by multiple doctors in the past and have documentation for. Anyways, he was willing to start my treatment but I declined due to the excessive stipulations he wanted to place on me. I will find another psychiatrist that I feel comfortable with.

I very much enjoyed my visit with Dr. Fareed. He is very knowledgeable about psychiatry and can translate that knowledge into digestible, layman terms for his patients. At least, he did with me. He was solutions-oriented, which I appreciated. Lastly, his credentials and certifications are quite impressive. I highly recommend Dr. Fareed.

Dr. Fareed was very professional and empathic. I misread my time slot and accidentally arrived an hour early than the time I booked and he was even willing to meet me as soon as his previous commitment finished. Front staff was very helpful too.

So glad I took the leap to get a consult with this practice. They assessed me on my first visit and set up a logical treatment plan with my consent. I also appreciate the free and plentiful parking, which isn't always the case at other providers -- made the visit that much easier. The office is very calming and welcoming.

Wonderful experience, listened to my concerns, and gave me immediate feedback on his clinical opinion and diagnosis based on our discussion and evaluation. I appreciated that in my case when symptoms were clear he did not insist on multiple consultations before treatment as I’ve had happen in the past with other providers. I also Appreciated the detailed discussion through medication options and considerations. We determined the right fit for me and prescription was sent immediately. Dr Jordan Howard was absolutely wonderful. He made me feel incredibly comfortable so quickly, and he really listened to every detail of my experiences and concerns.
I’ve had previous psychiatrists who always felt like they were just trying to get me in and out as quickly as possible without listening to or analyzing my concerns; they just see my history of anxiety and depression and chalk everything up to that and just keep upping the same meds. Dr Howard on the other hand really took in everything I mentioned, as well as clearly having gone over the information I sent in beforehand. He validated my concerns and set out a solid medication plan, while also being very clear that if my current medication plan is working (previous psych left her practice,) that we didn’t have to change anything if I didn’t want to.
I’ve struggled to find a psychiatrist that felt like they genuinely cared and were listening to me, and I finally feel like I’ve found the right psychiatrist.

Office was clean and relaxing, staff was very friendly and helpful, coffee and tea were offered and bottled water was available.
Dr Howard was very soft spoken in a relaxing way, and listened and empathized in a way that made the experience very easy to talk, helped me get back on the meds I needed after my last psychiatrist retired without warning.
Scheduled a 3 month follow up via telehealth since they were all meds I was used to, and sent me a goodrx coupon for my prescription.
Went above and beyond what I'd hoped for, smoothest new patient visit I've ever had at any doctor's!

I had a fantastic experience with this office and my psychiatrist, Dr. Howard. I was hesitant to get a new provider after the retirement of my previous psychiatrist because of how great our relationship was, but I was pleasantly surprised with how welcome and comfortable I felt. Dr. Howard showed genuine care, listened intently, and asked me for input for my care plan. The office was clean, quiet, and well stocked with snacks and drinks! The receptionists were all very kind and expeditious. I was put at ease despite my anxiety. I'm so grateful for this wonderful practice!
