Ryan is an excellent PA who was informative, kind and professional. Every other employee lacked any personal approach including my nurse, the receptionist and the check in person. I don’t think any of them looked me in the eye, asked how I was doing, or made small talk. Even the way the appointment ended after the doctor left felt disengaging and hurried.
