Dr Shany was amazing. She listens intently and was very easy to talk to. She understood my situation on a personal level that made it so much easier to not have to explain little bits of my life. She quickly felt like someone I have known for a long time which made it super easy to talk about details near and dear to my heart. Being able to get an appt same day was such luck. I am so glad I took a chance with her. I look forward to working with her for as long as I can. I wish every medical professional was as down to earth as she is. I was instantly comfortable. You don’t get that often with doctors and therapists. Not once did she make me feel wrong about my feelings. I felt validated and truly understood. Not just seen or heard. Fully accepted.
