THE DOCTOR DID NOT SHOW UP FOR THE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT! I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED SINCE I HAD BOOKED THE APPOINTMENT FOR 1::00 AND DROVE 70 MINUTES (ROUND TRIP). I ARRIVED AT 12:45 AND WAITED UNTIL 1:30 BEFORE LEAVING. THE WEBSITE CLEARLY STATED HE WAS AVAILAVLE ON SUNDAY TO SEE PATIENTS.

I booked an appointment, received an invitation, and got a confirmation. I drove all the way there—spending an hour in agony with eye pain! Everything was closed, and no one answered the phone! It was a nightmare! I ended up having to go to the hospital instead. I am extremely upset!
