Dr. Douglas MacDonald was wonderful. What I appreciated the most was that he actually took the time to read the note I had prepared and really listen to my concerns. He didn’t rush me at all. He carefully followed up on everything step by step, explained what he was doing, and made sure I understood the next steps. He was very kind, gentle, patient, and caring. It means a lot when a doctor makes you feel heard instead of just feeling like another appointment. I truly felt that he cared about helping me. I’m very grateful for the time and attention he gave me and I highly recommend him. ????

The doctor was great. Very communicative, kind, patient, diligent and thorough. The only issue was I was seen 55 minutes after my original appt. time and it felt like the office processes anyone regardless of their appointment in a walk-in manner. I had another appointment following this one and ended up pressed for time and slightly stressed out because of the delay. But the staff was very kind and communicative, which made for a pretty postive experience overall.
