I had an excellent experience with this optometrist. She was extremely helpful, professional, and very thorough during my visit. She took the time to really listen to my concerns and made sure I understood everything about my eye health and treatment.
She also went above and beyond to help me get the medications I needed and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. I really appreciated the small thoughtful touches too—like giving me extra wipes for my eyes and making sure I had everything I needed before leaving.
What stood out the most was her energy and genuine care. It truly felt like she wanted to help me in any way she could. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, compassionate, and attentive optometrist.

Everything was great, but it was not the person I booked with online.
I also waited about 15-20 minutes between my screening and the optometrist; seems she wasn’t onsite or on her break when my appointment started.
Great experience overall, but just wasn’t the person I booked with online, and the optometrist today deserves her own good reviews- she and the staff were fantastic

The doctor I saw (Kruger) did a long series of tests and after the last (testing different types of lenses) concluded that I was “ in denial” about the need for reading glasses. I had just responded honestly to all her questions including the last ones on whether I could read small print equally good with and without lenses; but apparently she thought I was lying. That wasn’t professional I found. I won’t go back there again.

I will not be going here again. I wasn't seen by Dr. Kravchenko, but a different doctor.
The doctor was actually fine; however, the office staff was terrible. They were disorganized with no clear pricing, and they made a lot of mistakes while putting the bill together, literally increasing prices after I had paid and rerunning my credit card.
Then, they BROKE my glasses frames while trying to put in my new prescription lenses, and, as of now a week later, have not replaced them or refunded me despite several calls. I feel bullied and will definitely not be going back.

The Dr. was very professional and pleasant. My experience with the Dr. was great, no complaints. My issue was with one of the staff members. Once I told her that I was not getting my frames done at their store, she flipped attitude in a crazy way. She got very rude and disdainful. It was quite unpleasant. She told me details about my insurance plan in a condescending manner as if to scare me into getting frames done by them. If I'm being honest, I would thinking twice about going back to Cohen's just because of that one lady. I left the store feeling like I had made a big mistake by not getting my frames done by them, I felt like I messed up by standing my ground and low and behold I made the right choice.

They only try to sell me the glasses. I still didn't receive the medical history as I asked for and I am legally entitled.
I must say the personnel was nice. Just the doctor didn't answer the questions and it was only interesting on selling their glasses.
Multiple times tried no to give me my medical record and prescription and promise me to e-mail but they haven't yet. I have all on record.

When I got there, there was no doctor to see me. The lady at the desk was very nice but she couldn’t help me. I left and walked walked 10 blocks to an urgent care facility. Was very disappointed as I was having my issue for around 2 weeks and believed that I was finally going to speak to a professional who could help me

Dr had great bedside manner, listened to all my concerns, and gave me an extra dilation and imaging exam when I was still worried after my initial exam came back clear of problems. I was a little hesitant since it was in a Cohen’s store but the practice is totally legit and I had a great visit!

I was greeted very nicely upon arrival. I said my name and they already knew who I was. I greatly appreciated that because it made me feel more confident in picking the place. Thy pay attention to their patients. I sat and waited to be seen for about 5mins, not long at all ! So I was happy about that. Doc was very nice, but mixed up my trail contacts and called it out to make the switch. Everyone else was really nice and kind, smooth experience. I did have to wait about 30 mins to be seen which I wasn’t expecting.

Dr. Kravchenko was friendly and had great bedside manners. She was great at answering all my questions that I had. I didn't have to wait too long and her staff was very accommodating and explained all the tests being performed.
