Internal Medicine & Direct Primary Care
Our primary care clinic is staffed by physicians board certified in Internal Medicine. We offer a wide spectrum of services optimized to focus on your health and preventative care
We offer two options for patients. First, is the traditional primary care office where you can use your insurance just like you would with any other doctor. Or, the second method, is a membership much like a gym membership. Cancel any time. If that is a better fit we will not bill your insurance, so there are no copays or deductibles. Appointments last as long as you need. Access in unlimited and 24/7/365 via cell/text/email. We have also negotiated huge discounts on medicines, labs, and imaging/radiology so you have affordable options if needed.
If you choose the membership model:
Ages 18 - 39: $59 a month
Ages 40 - 64: $79 a month
Ages 65 & up: $99 a month

Mr. Scott is a nice mannered gentleman who looks forward to hear from you and suggest you with best of his knowledge. We had friendly conversations throughout my visit wherein he recommended the right set of treatment to me.

I love Dr. Greenspahn's communication style, he's very up front and practical. He's got an engineer's mind which makes it easier for me to understand what he's communicating. He spent far more time with me than any doctor has ever done in the past. Being my first visit he had lots of questions to figure out what's going on with me. I feel like he gave me the straight scoop on what to expect with my health based on my answers, my latest blood test results (brought them in with me), my lifestyle, amount of exercise, etc. I like his style, he's a no BS kinda guy and I got the feeling he really does care about his patients. He's not running an "appointment mill" churning out quick and dirty office visits as fast and quickly as possible like some offices. Very refreshing.

This was my first visit, but I'll certainly be back as Dr. Greenspahn is as good as it gets. He's personable, friendly and eager to make you comfortable. I was seen immediately and never felt rushed as is often the case at doctors offices. He and his nurse were very thorough and I left with a solution I'm happy with!

Scott is a straight shooter. He was honest to the respect to test only what needs to be tested as per conversation between him and I. He spent more time getting to know me and my lifestyle than any other doctor has ever done before in the past. From that he catered the rest of the visit from that conversation. Got test results back the next day and a phone call from Scott as well. He is great and a true family man and realistic with is answers.

My visit to Dr. Greenspahn was great. There was rarely any waiting involved. Upon arriving at the clinic I was promptly taken back to the examination room and evaluated by Dr. Greenspahn.
