I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience working with clients that are suffering with anxiety, depression and anger issues. My therapeutic approach consists of motivational interviewing and cognitive behavioral therapy that focuses on identifying and changing negative thought patterns and behaviors.
