Do you spend too much time in your own head thinking, analyzing, worrying, going over the what if’s or why’s, only to get the same conclusion that currently dissatisfies you? Do you find yourself to be frequently overwhelmed or distracted from your life, family, relationship, or career goals? Are you disturbed by reliving trauma or memories that are unpleasant or prevent you from sleeping? I can help you process your choices, think differently so that you can feel differently and grow into living the life you desire.
I will join you wherever you begin and offer untraditional hours to better accommodate your schedule. I welcome texts between sessions for you to share progress, achievements, need for additional support, or simply to reassure you that I'm still here and you are not alone.
Telehealth allows you the opportunity to take time to focus on yourself in your own environment, protect your valuable time, and provide opportunities for spontaneous, time sensitive additional support.
My foundational approach is to develop a trusting and therapeutic relationship, one in which feels safe and allows you to be comfortably vulnerable and transparent. I adapt my eclectic therapeutic strategies and techniques to accommodate what we determine most resonates with you.
Throughout the course of my professional career, I have worked with pre-school age to teenagers with their families, adults, couples, and the elderly. I have a multitude of experience working with diverse populations, sexual practices or challenges, race, multiple diagnosis, and alternative lifestyles.
urrently I am accepting self-pay clients with a few in network insurance exceptions: listed here in the insurance tab by state. It is ultimately your responsibility to determine that I fall specifically within your specific plan benefits by calling the number on the back of your card. You will pay privately until insurance is confirmed. Once insurance pays your initial claim, you will be reimbursed private pay rate minus credit card processing/admin fees. I will bill your insurance company moving forward, less any co-pay, co-insurance, or any non-covered insurance services or missed appt/late cancel fees. Cancellations within a 24 business hour period of your appointment time incur a late fee equivalent to one on-going session rate.
OUT-OF-NETWORK INSURANCE PAYBACK ASSISTANCE.
I will provide you a self-pay receipt with all the random codes and numbers that your insurance requires at no cost to you. This way you may be able to submit reimbursement requests to utilize any 'out of network' benefits according to your plan with the company.
Initial diagnostic and goal setting session is $170 and ongoing sessions are charged at $140. A sliding scale may be used in extreme circumstances to be determined during our initial session, at regular price, based on an IRS subsidy scale.
If I have all your documents, on ZocDoc link, as well as, the Policy and Payment PDF which I will send about my practice once I see your email address, I will do my best to assist you with your task for insurance benefit confirmation and utilize any and all resources I have to make that task easier for you time permitting.
