Collin Creek Eye Clinic is conveniently located in Plano to serve you. In addition to the examination and treatment facilities, we offer a broad selection of eyewear from our in-store boutique. We also have a full service eyewear repair laboratory that utilizes the latest in laser weld technology for frame repair and refurbishment.
Our bi-lingual staff is a caring team of certified Opticians and Ophthalmic Technicians. Whether assisting with exams or treatment, fitting contacts, assisting with insurance forms or repairing your eyewear, we care for our patients first.

The staff was super friendly and I felt like first class service from beginning to end. Doctor was very knowledgeable and very relaxing to be with and around closely to my eyes. Answered every question I had and all alternatives available. Looking forward to keeping my vision and vision needs healthy as much as I can at this location.
I mentioned I may get my frames at a different location and the staff immediately gave me pointers and items to request to be sure I would still receive the perfect fit. That to me is extremely professional. ?
Everyone was supportive and looking forward to helping me out with any issues I have going forward.

I have seen Dr Pattni twice and both times I was given eyeglass prescriptions that were incorrect. After the second occasion I made an appt to return back to report this fact and hopefully get a corrected script.
The front desk staff never let me see the doctor. They kept walking to the back of the clinic with my next to worthless glasses and returning to explain the same irrelevant excuse over and over again..... After 55 minutes, I ran out of patience, having not seen the doctor (despite having an appointment and seeing him there onsite). I told the staff to let Dr Pattni know that he had lost a patient. Dr Pattni has made no attempt to contact me since so I guess he doesn't care. I recommend to stay away from this place. I really wanted to spend my money with an independent, local business but I now have an upcoming appt. with Sam's Club optical.

Not good. I will never go back. I will make sure my family and friends do not do business at Collin Creek Eye Clinic. All I needed was to have my prescription rechecked I had received my prescription from this office a month prior, but after receiving my glasses and wearing them a month I was not happy with my reading vision. So, I was thinking of purchasing different lenses, but I wanted to verify that the reading prescription was correct. I scheduled an appointment with this office but they refused to recheck my prescription. They gave me the runaround and suggested it was the nose pads. Absurd! I could not believe they would not accommodate a simple request to recheck my prescription! I’ll take my business elsewhere.
