Google maps led me to the wrong location, but a phone call from the optometrist quickly got me to the correct address.
I will go back to this doctor. I felt well taken care of with all my issues addressed.

This was our first visit. I was more than pleased. They took care of us right away. I'm stunned at how far the technology has come. The doctor -Shannon- was professional and took her time with us.

I scheduled my appointment for the earliest available slot at 2:00 PM the day before. The office then rescheduled it—first to 9:40 PM (which was clearly an error), and then again to 2:40 PM the day of the appointment. I rearranged my entire schedule, including finding someone to pick up my kids from school at 3:15 PM, to accommodate their changes. I arrived 7 minutes late because I was waiting on the sitter, and they canceled my appointment entirely. Canceling someone for being 7 minutes late—after changing their appointment time twice—is unreasonable. If I had been 30 minutes late to my original appointment, that would be understandable. This was not that. People have real lives, responsibilities, and kids. A rigid 7-minute cutoff in this situation is excessive and unprofessional. I will not be returning.
