Dr. Trystan Blake was very polite, relatable, and professional during my visit. He listened to me and talked through what he would recommend and why. The wait was the shortest wait time I have ecer experienced. I was seen before i could even finish my paperwork.

All the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful. Everything was quick with very minimal wait times. Dr. Bourne was absolutely wonderful: always made sure to explain everything and made sure I understood at every step, listened to everything I said and made me feel heard and taken care of! Friendly, easy to talk to and made me feel at ease.

I would highly recommend Dr. Ashley Hall and the staff at Commonspirit Riverton Primary Care. They took excellent care of me, the wait was short, Dr. Hall listened to my concerns and she replied with a friendliness very few drs these days posses. Im a pretty complex patient with a lot of health issues and she addressed each one with patience and understanding. The phlebotomist was also phenomenal! I have very tricky veins and she got it on the first poke! I will definitely be going back and recommending Dr. Hall and her team!

My visit was very disappointing. I have been struggling with my mental health for most of my life. Last year, I finally found a doctor who made me feel heard after my struggle searching for help. I was prescribed a mood stabilizer that I’ve been using for a year and has worked wonders for me. My insurance unfortunately changed when my step mom got a new job and I couldn’t visit that doctor anymore. I came to this one and talked to them about my situation and how many other things I tried to no avail. I waited weeks for an appointment to get a refill of the only medication that has helped me and was running low. After over an hour in the office I was told to go visit someone else if I wanted it or to get on birth control and diagnosed with bipolar to be considered for it. I was warned that if I stop taking my meds I might have a seizure but was told it wouldn’t be refilled. I left crying as this left me feeling unheard, afraid and frustrated.
