I was very pleased with Dr. S. Reinfeld and his staff. Ms. Dina gave me the appointment. Also, Ms. Rose is awesome. I was texted to remind me of my time,etc. What an outstanding practice. The doctor is very caring and kind. He called for my medicvation immediately. So delighted with the entire office. He spoke to me right on time! So happy to return in one month. Dr platt is a very great and attentive listener, and was the first psychiatrist in a long time that genuinely has one of the best bed side manner and was great at asking about every single symptom I was experiencing being I suffer not only manic depression, and severe panic attacks.thank u to the nicest doctor. Most of this doctor’s ratings are nice, but I made the mistake of not paying attention to the one that said she was hard to reach. That was my experience as well.
We had a nice first session, but my prescription that she said had been sent to my pharmacy did not go through. I went to the pharmacy and it was not in their system. I messaged her about it but received no response ever. Very disappointing and disrespectful.

I would definitely go back, and suggest to my friends in need. While I was kind of anxious at first just due to the circumstances from my work doc. Dr Q within a few min we had a great connection. I even told her I may just have to put her in my rolodex lol. She solved all my issues, was very attentive to my needs, and she asked if things she wanted to know was that OK? Now she may not be the exact fit for you, however we totally made a connection. And for me that is a plus because many out there wanna push test and over the counter drugs. I'm sure if it was necessary then yes. Very nice staff she offered me water and even a protein bar if I wanted. I was seen on time and felt the time spent in her office was not time wasted. Feel free to explore you don't know till you try. Community Minds will be seeing and hearing from me again Thanks.

Dr. Quintannilla was very patient and kind. She really took the time to listen. She wanted to get to know me and scheduled a second appointment before deciding on a recommendation for medication. She explained that it is very important that we work together with the treatment plan. She showed compassion and was very professional. It was overall a very positive experience.

I booked another appointment to leave a REAL review. My initial appointment with Dr Jamie was fine and pleasant. After that it was impossible to get a hold of her. I reported this to Zodoc twice. She practiced me medication and disappeared . I was never able to pick up the medication because she didn’t Colette the prior authorization. After which medication was sold out. I tried reaching out and each time it took her so long to get back that the meds were again sold out. The last pharmacy I called to have the meds sent to waited on her communication for a week and also sold out of medication. What’s strange is that she always has appointments open on zodoc. The basis of any good physician patient relationship is commitment and continuity of care. Don’t expect that from her. I’ve since changed doctors. If you have a similar experience leave a review so people are aware ! And report to zodoc bc she will try to gaslight you “your voicemail wasn’t working when I tried to reach out!”

My wait time was my fault. I couldn't figure out how to connect. The Dr. was very professional, nice, good listener, etc. You could tell she was listening because when we both started to talk at the same time, she stopped and let me finish. That is something that's rarely done for me. I was impressed. I felt like I was really present in the conversation.

Michelle seems like she could be a great therapist for the right person, but unfortunately she wasn't the right fit for me.
I scheduled an appointment specifically for EMDR therapy because her Zocdoc profile listed EMDR as one of her therapeutic approaches. However, within the first five minutes of our appointment, after I had already paid my copay, she told me that she does not provide EMDR therapy. I explained multiple times that I already have a regular therapist and was only seeking EMDR therapy
On top of that, the appointment was difficult because Michelle's internet connection was very unstable. The audio and video kept cutting out, making it hard to have a productive conversation.
I genuinely think Michelle may be a good therapist for someone seeking traditional talk therapy, but my experience was disappointing because the services advertised did not match what was actually offered, and the technical issues made the appointment even more frustrating.
