The experience with the appointment was fine.
But, I was disappointed that all the information I completed via zocdoc, e.g., insurance card info, health history, etc. was not transmitted to the physician's office and so I had to do it all again. What's the point of providing my data to zocdoc if it doesn't go anywhere?

Dr. Hardwick is great. She has been my go-to PA whenever I am not well. She is thorough and will listen to your concerns and give you meds only when necessary.
