She got straight to the point. She listen to me, which really matters to me. The only thing is she seems too seriously… no smile or at least a little happy voice. I would be more comfortable if she was more friendly… just a welcoming energy. But I will continue to see her! I would recommend her.

Not only was able to book an appointment soon. Communication was very clearly shortly after my booking. Calling to confirm patient information and providing all links necessary for forms prior to the appointment. The appointment itself went smoothly. Again, clear communication and it wasn’t rushed! It took near as long as I was advised it would. Which I was pleasantly surprised. Definitely happy with my overall experience.

Dr. Gye Yeon Kang was incredible. She took the time to go over a lot of information with me before reaching a diagnosis, asking detailed questions to ensure accuracy. She listened attentively and was very understanding. Dr. Kang provided valuable advice without being forceful about treatment options. I definitely recommend her.
