Provider never sent video call link. Phone number listed is for the practice she works with and since the appointment was scheduled for a time outside of their business hours, I could not get in contact with her through that phone number. No communication from provider during subsequent business day either.

I was never able to speak to the Doctor because it was not clear how to sign in for the video. It said that they were gonna contact me and never did. I called left a message and they called me right back. But they called from a private number. So my phone didn't ring. She left the voicemail. So I called her back and said that I need it to be called back and she never did so I didn't get my appointment.
