Compass Pain and Wellness is a multidisciplinary medical practice dedicated to using evidence-based medicine to eliminate pain and improve the health and happiness of every patient that walks through our doors.
We know there are many barriers to receiving quality care and overcoming pain—like insurance authorizations, out of pocket costs, and medical providers who are too busy, don’t talk to one another, or aren’t up to date on the latest treatments; we chose the name Compass because we want to help you navigate these barriers, and overcome them.

I wasn’t seen by the doctor that I booked for. Instead I was seen by someone else who really just used Chat GPT. I talked and he basically just read off of his iPad. Didn’t get an answer for the problem that I went in for.

Worst experience ever. I originally set the appointment for my 96 year-old parent. The girl I spoke to on the phone who I made the appointment was asking me about insurance information which I provided to her. I specifically asked her if the doctor accepted United healthcare and was told that he did. On the day of my mom‘s appointment we were told that they did not accept United healthcare because it was an out of network situation when I ask the gentleman behind the desk why I was not informed as prior to my hauling my 96-year-old parent to the appointment only to be told that they could not see her or if I wanted to see her it would be out of pocket . I have never seen such poor communication now I am forced to look for another provider.
