Faith-based counseling is available for those who desire it. I provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy tailored to your unique needs. Using CBT, Trauma-Focused CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, Family Systems, and Person-Centered Therapy, I help clients heal from trauma, improve relationships, strengthen coping skills, and create lasting emotional and personal growth.
