The front office staff was friendly and welcoming, assisting me with my check-in. Once brought back, the MA did a great job getting and confirming basic information before Erin came in. Erin was warm and welcoming upon her entering the room. Her knowledge and confidence were consistent with my expectations, reading about her experience working in the emergency department prior to dermatology. When I arrived for my appointment they could not find any of my information the manager could not locate any of my information as well. I showed them emails that stated I had an appointment and that I had uploaded all of the necessary information to prepare for my appoint and they could not help me. I drove over 30 minutes to this appointment to be turned away.
