I came to see Ms. Gaines-Onwukwe for an urgent care visit after experiencing persistent throbbing sensations in my head, headaches, and unusual fatigue. I was anxious something was seriously wrong, but Maria was calm, reassuring, and made me feel truly heard. After discussing my symptoms, we realized my sleep had been severely interrupted due to stress from college finals, waking up throughout the night, and even itchy, sweaty feet from sleeping in socks. She encouraged me to rest, cancel my plans for the day, try melatonin, and sleep without socks so my feet could breathe. I followed her advice, and the next morning I felt amazing. The headaches and throbbing were gone, and my sleep improved significantly. She helped me realize how important proper rest is and that sometimes the simplest solutions make the biggest difference. I’m very grateful for her kindness, patience, and care, and I would gladly book with her again and again!!
