I tried to explain my concerns briefly as I just needed referral information and to know if I should test for a genetic factor that my mother just tested positive for. I put all of my information and my questions on the forms I spent 20 minutes filling out. And instead of reading through those they asked me every single question like I never answered them. Provider was very dismissive and unhelpful.
