Doctor Ro did my crown recently. He did such an amazing job. Definitely helped ease my nerves. The dental assistants and front desk were just the cherry on top! They were so kind and attentive.

This was first time that I saw him so can't say much right away. For first visit in US, he made me feel comfortable. He cleaned my teeth though I went for other issue, which is awesome. He was good at explaining the issue. Good bedside manners. Just one negative though is the office. It's that the rooms are smaller than my closet and the equipments used to get xray were dirty and smelling, specifically those which carry the xray equipment and the heavy guard they put on you. I rinsed my mouth several times.

I was very pleased with my office visit. i had a late apointment and i was able to get major work done. Dr. Ro stayed an hour and a half after hours to make sure my teeth were repaired. he explained everything clearly and was very helpful!

I've never done a review before. But zocdoc emailed me about my feedback so why not!? Lol... The staff is very friendly. They treated me great, I would just suggest that the assistant who takes the X-Rays would improve her skills on how to make the patient more comfy while taking the X-Rays (she should not leave the patient in pain for that long, holding on to the film for that long) other than that Dr. Ro took his time, but was efficient..... I need one root canal done, so I will update my review based on my experience. Everything seemed to be organized. Another female doctor works in the office. She seems to be very nice and friendly (she did not assist me though) but she was definitely kind to me and tried to made me feel comfortable, but I had to remind her I was there to see Dr. Ro, not her.

It was such a pleasant visit. I was comfortable and treated very well. Extremely polite dental assistance and receptionist. The doctor was just as polite. He answered all my questions and went into depth about what I needed. He even gave me a mirror to check and see if I was satisfied with the work done. He took the time to fix anything I felt needed some more attention I could not have asked for a better experience. The best experience I ever had at a dental office. Highly recommended.

Dr. Ro and staff are all very nice. They all made you feel right at home. The receptionist was very nice, dental assistant was nice, Dr. Ro was very professional, patient, kind, educational as far as dental xrays, care and maintenance. I plan on bringing the rest off my family to his practice.

The treatments has been terrifically effective. And Mary Ellen's hygiene treatment has to be the best thing you can do for your teeth and gums. Janice handles your scheduling and billing professionally, with the kind of courteous treatment that makes you feel special and valued.
