All the nervousness and apprehensions I had going into my 1st appointment with Chelsea disappeared within minutes of meeting her. The hardest part of therapy was leaving! I was in a much better place than when I had started and I knew I was okay on my own, but saying good-bye to a person who helped me so much was very difficult. If I ever want to return to therapy Chelsea has assured me that her "door is always open." That being said, she is the only person I would ever want as my therapist!
