Such a great experience! I got a 2 for 1 before waiting for Dr. Castro because on Wednesday’s a dentist also comes in for a quick check-up on your oral health! Everyone was so kind and the clinic had it all. They set me up with an OBGYN and another appointment for the results of my bloodwork in the upcoming weeks, as well. Got it all done in one place :)

Dr James was the first doctor I’ve had in this town that actually listened to me and cared about my well being. It was such a relief leaving his office knowing I was actually being looked after for once.

I would absolutely go back. I had an incredible experience with Dr. Kropac. He was kind, thorough, and genuinely took the time to get to know me. He went through my entire medical history so he could really understand not only my health history, but who I was as a patient and what I needed moving forward. I really appreciated the time and attention he gave me, especially since this was my first visit. I never felt rushed and left feeling like he had actually listened to me and taken the time to understand the full picture. I also needed referrals to a few other doctors, and he made sure I had what I needed for those next steps. Between that and having my prescriptions sent to the pharmacy and filled that same day, I was extremely impressed. It’s not always easy to find a doctor who makes you feel genuinely heard and cared for, especially at a first appointment. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Kropac and will definitely be going back.

I had a wonderful experience with my primary care doctor today. He was incredibly informative, endearing, concerned, and thorough throughout my visit. He took the time to listen, explain things clearly, and made me feel genuinely cared for and comfortable. He also has a very peaceful and calming demeanor, which made the whole appointment feel really comfortable and smooth. I’m honestly happy to stick with him while living in the Valley.

This is the first negative review that I have ever had to write because this was the most unpleasant appointment I've ever had. They had set me up with the wrong doctor who was NOT Anna. I did not know this until an entirely different doctor came into the room I was in and I asked for her name to double check. The nurse that had gotten me set up beforehand was also rude. The office was unsanitary and uncomfortable. They were sticking a needle in a woman's arm in the same room with all of the pee samples. It was really odd and I told them I was uncomfortable and did not want to go forward with the appointment at all. Fortunately, they said they would not charge me for the appointment.

She understood that I was paying out of pocket without insurance, so she didn’t recommend any unnecessary exams and only suggested what was actually needed.

Dr. Mohammed and the staff (shout out Angela) were super nice and guided me through everything. I had a ton of questions and Dr. Mohammed was able to allocate the appropriate time for each question, and then recommend a follow up/additional appointment for others. I was very sad to leave my previous provider out of state, but Dr. Mohammed reminded me greatly of them and I am glad to have found a new PCP!
