Dr Rayna Katz is very professional but also very personable. She works with me on my overall medical health, but also helps me with things like managing stress, proper nutrition, supplements, and sleep. It’s an holistic approach that I very much appreciate.
As I’ve recently turned 50, many of the methods I used in my younger years no longer are as effective, so I’ve been thankful to find someone with so much knowledge and passion about her work to help me navigate life and adjust my health to fit my current and future lifestyle.
