Comprehensive Primary Care opened its doors 5 year ago as a solo physician owned Family Medicine Practice. Our goal was to provide primary care to our community with a comprehensive approach: instead of addressing only one complaint, we take the time to look at the entire individual.
Dr. Uzowulu incorporates his experience as a Hospitalist and Emergency Medicine physician in his practice, which allows him to care for a broad variety of acute and chronic medical conditions.
Our main focus is preventive medicine: in the U.S. preventive care is readily available but woefully underutilized. Our goal is to encourage healthy living through preventive care and responsible lifestyle choices.

I actually did not have an appointment yet this year because my insurance no longer covers the appointment. Currently, I do not have the funds necessary to pay out of pocket. I am working on getting this taken care of soon. I would not be trying to stay with this doctor if I didn’t think he was good. With that said, I must conclude by saying that he has great bedside manners and his patience is through the roof. I am the one who presents the challenges. I have health anxiety and OCD.

The Dr. was excellent and staff as always I actually had an appt at 11:45am but they called me and had me come in earlier at 10am because they know I live outside of SA. I like this Dr because he is thorough and to the point your in and out but he does listen to your concerns. The staff is very nice too I recommend this practice.
