My appointment was cancelled 10 minutes prior to the scheduled time. The doctor said her child was sick and had to go to the doctor and it just happened. When I talked to the person that scheduled they said they were supposed to reach out yesterday and reschedule but dropped the ball. Something isn’t adding up. This was supposed to be my initial appointment

I scheduled a appointment but was never given any link for a video call also was never reached out to by this provider the appointment says it happened but it didn’t very unprofessional, I like the app but I don’t like how the provider handles her appointment I don’t even k ow if my insurance is getting charged now for a appointment that never happened, there was no communication what so ever.

Was never seen by the Dr. therefore automatically classified as poor bedside manner and poor listener because of the lack of presence. Was later called by a man in The Philippines representing her office. It’s not his fault as he is in a whole other country attempting to provide a living. I just know my Medicaid better not receive a bill from this persons office for any thing whatsoever.

My experience was great it was the easiest appt I found and it was simple to fill out the forms and right away an appt was made. I had struggled finding a dr and this was fast, easy and very helpful. My first appt with being evaluated I liked how the dr listened to me and what’s been going on in my life and how I was feeling in the moment I definitely would recommend using this dr or in general the company.

JohnMichael was great! He actually listened to what I had to say and took my needs into considerate whereas the last doctor I spoke to completely ignored what I was saying and prescribed me the medication I had clearly detested multiple times. I'm glad I met with JohnMichael & even though there was a wait for the appointment, it was worth waiting for.
