Dr. Kelsey was very friendly and comforting. I had some concerns about my hearing and tinnitus, and she listened to me and gave me some hope about next steps. There was a genuine interest and connection that most doctors don’t bring to the table.

It is a great place to get tested and get you hearing back. Staff is friendly and courteous. Glad I went.

I went to get a simple mold done for ear plugs. The audiologist didn’t tell me to tie my hair back, and he got the mold gel all over my hands and hair (extremely unprofessional applicaton). He then told me it’s fine because “it will dry quickly.” Well, it did dry and when he went to help me get the pink gunk out, he obviously ripped out a bunch of my hair from the side of my head. I spent the next 20 minutes in their bathroom trying to remove this pink bubblegum gunk and ended up losing a ton of my hair. I asked if they knew a way to get this stuff out and the woman at the front shrugged and said “try washing it out?” So I had to go all the way home and spend the next two hours picking glue out of my hair, while the pink flakes from the glue are still all over my clothing and car. I received a barebones shrug of an apology and no help in fixing the issue. Plus now I’m bald near my right temple.

The doctor was very nice, friendly, engaging. The office was nice and very clean. Professional, knowledgeable staff. Wait time was minimal. Procedure was efficient and all that one could expect. Great practice. Highly recommend
