overall felt uncomfortable and awkward. service was great upon entering but after filling out the forms, he gave me a tour of the whole place which ngl i didnt need cuz i dont care about half of the stuff (irrelevant to me). it felt like i was getting a tour cuz i was about to start a job there or something i brushed that off, we get my xrays done. and i thought he’d immediately start examining it + ask questions (on top of the papers i filled out stating info about my pain..) but he said it was gonna be a ‘3-day process’. i’ve only ever been to 1 good chiropractor and just wanted to try out a new one. my previous chiro treated me immediately (w/ TENS + adjustment) this guy however said he ‘need to study it’ so it would take longer… then when i wasnt satisfied with it (bc i need treatment rn and im in pain) he proceeded to mansplain/lecture me AND expressed his frustration of ppl who think chiro doesnt help. like y r u telling me ur frustration. so unprofessional. def not going back.
