He’s a good listener but he told me he would contact me the next day regarding my medication and did not. He didn’t answer me via chat and I have no other way to get ahold of him. This is my first time using Zocdoc so I’m a little confused and little nervous because I think he has my medical records as well but will not return any of my chats.

He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was easy to talk to. He listened to all my concerns. It was nice to have the visit via telephone video , no waiting , no busy waiting rooms, and he wasn’t rushing you to get to another appointment. I would highly definitely recommend him to all my friends and family. An all around great experience. Looking forward to going back.

He demonstrated that he really cares about his patients and is willing to go above and beyond to help them. He has the patient's back and isn't one of those doctors that tells patients to pound sand when they require a solution that isn't "one-size-fits-all". It's been a while since I have encountered a doctor like this, he's a throwback to the days when doctors took the patient's health and wellbeing personally. He's not the kind of doctor that thinks you're an idiot because you're not a doctor. He's not a pushover that just does whatever the patient asks; he follows the rules. But he's willing to be creative and find "outside the box" solutions that other doctors might be too lazy or too risk-averse to consider. Super solid doctor.
