I arrived to my appointment a few minutes early. I completed paperwork and was seated in the waiting room at the time of my appointment. It took a few minutes for my name to be called. I was greeted by the assistant then left alone for a long time. When Dr. Nossa appeared it was 42 minutes after the scheduled start time.
He spent about 5 minutes asking questions and admitting that he didn’t know what it was. He offered to de a biopsy but I didn’t have confidence in him so I declined. He then prescribed 2 things without a diagnosis or competent assessment.
I tried to offer additional details about research I’d done and he interrupted me more than once and refuted what I was saying. It wasn’t a good visit and I’ll be looking for care elsewhere.

Visited Dr. Nossa for a few suspicious moles/freckles that weren't noticeable not too long ago. During his evaluation he was very reassuring, putting me at ease, and used terminology that didn't require a medical degree to understand. I highly recommend Dr. Nossa.

Waited 40 mins to see the doctor for 5 mins. The visit with the doctor felt rushed and his assistant seemed quite unfriendly. Overall, an okay experience but it felt like they were more interested in selling their cosmetic services than listening to my concerns or doing a thorough check up.

Dr Nozza is the best. I always wait until he has availability. Always professional and direct. Never makes me feel foolish with all of my concerns. I Recommend him to all of my friends.

I went here because I was having issues with adult acne despite never having it before. I felt like I was heard and my concerns were taken serious. We came up worth a plan of action and I’m prayerful I’ll see a change. As the doctor said, it takes six weeks to see a change.

Dr Nossa is amazing but some of the front desk people (Tatiana) are terrible. They are rude, impatient and unprofessional. She asked me a question then asked me to put a mask on. As I was LITERALLY reaching for the mask, I answered her question and she went nuts. I said if the mask is so vital - why ask me a question before I put on the mask. She lacks common sense.
