Do you just want to get out of your own head? Do you find yourself in a constant battle between your own self-doubt and your ambition? Are you the over thinker who strives to always be ready and therefore always feels they fall short? At Cope & Calm, we welcome the imperfect perfectionist with anxiety and low mood. We specialize in treating those struggled with anxiety. We can explore which of your symptoms derive from executive dysfunction and trauma responses and then teach you how to better cope. We are caring and competent professionals who are always learning. We are so honored to do this work, and also humble enough to laugh at ourselves and be real in a session.
