I waited in the waiting room over 30 minutes. Then another 30 minutes after my weight and personal history (which I had already filled out on ZocDoc) and saw my printout in front of the tech with the exact same answers. I told the tech I filled out the questionnaire on ZocDoc and she ignored me. Other than getting weighed, it was a waste of my time. Personally, as a clinician myself, I would never have a patient ever wait that long in either area of my offices. I find it disrespectful. It gives a clear message that the patient's time is not important. As far as the doctors "bedside manner", he was fine. However, he never laid a hand on me. I am used to yearly physicals in which I have blood work drawn and the usual head check (ears, mouth, neck), heart, etc... are given some attention. It wasn't a physical, that's for sure. It was a waste of my insurance company's money. I won't return. He was a nice enough guy; but just not how I expect to be treated in and out of the waiting room.

Dr. Gajraj was extremely professional. Dr. Gajraj spent an adequate amount of time with me on my first visit and addressed all of my concerns. Dr. Gajraj listened to my concerns and worked with me to come up with a plan to better my health the included my input.
