Office was very considerate to provide complimentary Xray. I had an Xray at my previous doctor's office in March. I was concern about being billed for a second Xray . The visit was a very friendly and informative.

I went in to have a wisdom tooth pulled. I was greeted and told that my insurance was good to be seen. Once I sat in the chair I explained that I knew my tooth was infected and I wanted to have it extracted which is what I put on all of the forms as well as the online form so they were well aware that is what I was coming in for. Once they took my x-rays and told the dental assistant what he needed he says extraction and bone graft. He then leaves out and the receptionist comes back in and says your insurance doesn’t cover the bone grafting and I ask what it is and if I needed it. She explains what it’s for and I tell her I don’t want it. She then pressures me to run my credit or get a loan to pay for it. After I was approved for only half of what they wanted to charge me and then told I would have to pay the creditor I then again said I’d only like the tooth pulled. The Dentist did not return to the room and refused to pull my tooth. And I drove a long way only to be deceived!

Yes, I would recommend my friends and family to see the doctors at the Corbin dentist. Olga, the office manager was very friendly,kind, professional and knowledgeable. The doctors, are young, smart professional gentleman. I recommend checking them out..
