Dentistry really takes a toll on my body. My lower back and neck was out of alignment and very painful but after a few months of visits with Dr. Sigmeund, my x-rays have shown a lot of improvement. Sitting through my own procedures with patients has been a lot less taxing on my neck and upper back as well. Highly recommend especially if you're young and want to do some preventative maintainance. Your body will thank you for it!
