I’m a licensed mental health counselor working with teens, adults, and couples in New York and via Telehealth. My work is grounded in curiosity, emotional safety, and practical change. We look at what’s underneath your reactions, while also building tools you can actually use outside the therapy room. I care about helping people understand themselves more clearly — without shame — and begin responding to life with more steadiness. I work from a somatic and cognitive lens integrating evidenced based tools and holistic modalities to address the 'whole you'.
