I was experiencing mood swings, anxiety, and depression that seemed to come & go with my menstrual cycle. I also had trouble sleeping & felt unusually fatigue. I was referred to a mental health provider for additional support. Dr. Che taught me coping skills for managing anxiety & mood swings such as mindfulness, jouraling, and relaxation exercises. She also provided psycho education about how hormones can impact mental health & offered support during difficult times, especially when my symptoms were at their worst. I feel better equipped to handle my mood changes and stress. I appreciated that Dr. Che validating my experiences & helped me educate for myself.

This was by far one of the best, if not THE best, OBGYN appointment I’ve ever had. I came here for my IUD removal and Ciana was so gentle, kind, and had clear communication throughout the entire appointment. She continually checked on my comfort levels and had the best bedside manners. I would highly recommend anyone with a vagina so see her. I felt 100% safe.
