Doctor bashed my ear drum so bad it hurts the next day. Worst pain ever. Left feeling worse than my arrival. Still hurts

I am not sure what the service was actually life. I was told that a deposit was required because I have a deductible and copay. Once that cleared, I would receive the remaining of the money. The deposit was high than any copay I have paid.

The staff was friendly and courteous. Dr.Janz listened and provided me with different options to resolve my issue. Once we had discussed which options I wanted to go with, it was done right there in the office. No long consult, then come back later to have the procedure. I am very pleased with this office.

Dr. Janz was amazing! I had pain in my right ear and he discovered an earring back that had been sitting on my eardrum for longer than I'd like to admit! (Bad habit of playing with my earring and it popped into my ear, and I didn't even realize it). He was able to remove it even though it was sitting on my eardrum, and the pain is gone! Highly recommend him for any of your ENT needs. :)
