Dr. Chen was excellent. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and explained things well. She took time with me, and I didn’t feel rushed.
I was a little disappointed with the optician who sells glasses in the front. She was very friendly, but I felt as though she was trying to upsell me with adding blue light blocking and anti-glare technology. While both could be beneficial, her quick talking made it seem as though those were mandatory and that there was no option that would be 100% covered by my insurance.
Ultimately my prescription was only for readers, and I was able to purchase with blue light blocking online.

Great experience & will be coming back! Front desk staff was great, receptive, and friendly. Timely with getting me checked into my appointment. Then, the doctor was also friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything during the appointment! Finally, the person working the front for glasses was also wonderful - did not push to sell glasses when I said I only needed the prescription & was very welcoming.
