No communication! Couldn't get ahold of her during the appointment at all. She never sent the link and never tried to call or email to help us with getting in the appointment.

Scheduled a Saturday appointment for no one to call or email or anything. Don’t offer weekend appointments if you aren’t open or willing to take them. Especially for people needing therapy.
