CFC helps to diagnose and treat for anxiety and depression, stress, trauma, grief & loss. We provide individual, marital & family counseling, anger management, help you manage child/teen issues, relapse prevention for addictions, healthy options for work-life balance, career strategy, family purpose, suicide prevention, and offer video counseling. We measure your progress and outcomes at the end of each month.
Insurance: Most Non-HMO plans will reimburse your medical fees with us at 60% for your out of network coverage.
We submit your claims electronically for you for your reimbursement.
Fees: Individual Sessions $250
Payment is by Cash, Check, Discover, Visa, Health Savings Account, Mastercard
