About Dr. Jeffrey Rapaport and Our Practice
Dr. Jeffrey Rapaport specializes in cosmetic dermatology, and our offices are located in Englewood Cliffs and Old Bridge, New Jersey. Please note that cosmetic appointments are out-of-pocket and not covered by insurance.
For new patients, a $150 deposit is required. This deposit will be collected after you submit your request via Zocdoc.com, and our office will contact you to confirm and process the payment. Once the payment is received and your appointment is confirmed, we will then send you the intake forms.
