I would never return to this practice. It took over an hour to be seen. I had a procedure during my last visit that I was charged hundreds of dollars for that I was not informed of until after the procedure took place. I signed so much paperwork prior and the exorbitant cost was given at the end. Completely unprofessional front desk and billing staff and the dentist has the worst bedside manner. Completely financially motivated practice. Never again.

I would recommend this dentist. Kaur was kind and informed me of everything she was going to do before hand. She even explained my x-rays in detail. However, as a new patient my treatment plan for what I needed to get done was information overload and it can be a little overwhelming which I didn't like

Visited this dental office three years ago for fillings, and post-treatment, I experienced discomfort. The dentist suggested a root canal, but a second opinion from an endodontist revealed improperly done fillings causing a bacterial infection. After redoing the fillings, I switched to a different dental provider, and the pain disappeared.
Three years later, I gave this office another try for a routine cleaning. The dentist insisted on a non-insurance-covered deep cleaning. I politely declined and requested a regular cleaning, only to be refused. I ended up with teeth polishing by the assistant and no regular cleaning. At checkout, the dentist persistently pushed the deep cleaning, and even offering financial assistance “if money is a concern”. Do not a great experience overall.

I have really bad anxiety about going to the dentist, so it’s been a really long time since I’ve seen one. I kept pushing my first appointment with any dentist because I kept getting nervous, and Dr. Kaur’s staff was so accommodating each time I called! And once I finally went in, Dr. Kaur instantly made me feel so much better - she very kindly listened to me explain how my depression makes it hard to take care of my oral hygiene and she didn’t judge my teeth or my lack of brushing/flossing at all. Once she finished the exam (which she completed very gently, and expertly), she very clearly described exactly how she would fix my teeth and even recommended I bring some headphones to listen to music/podcasts once I’m in the chair during future appointments — I genuinely and wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone who’s had any bad experience with prior dentists because she’s the best dentist I’ve ever visited.

I've had other good experiences at this office, but the cleaning from Dr. Kaur was the most painful I've had in my life. I think this is a good office, but I would make sure to get a cleaning from one of the hygenists or the other dentist (who was great in the past).

The receptionist was polite and efficient. The dental assistant was extremely kind, caring, and professional. Dr. Henderson checked my x-rays and teeth and was very professional. She referred me to an endodontist.

On Zocdoc, they state that they accept my insurance (I have Aetna.) They bill my insurance and they’re out of network and now I have a balance. The appointment took way longer than I’ve experienced at my previous dentist and I didn’t see Dr. Kaur, it was someone else but she was decent. I don’t understand why the appointment took so long when they had plenty of nurses just sitting around on their phones and I was the only patient there. I do not plan to return.

Very difficult to communicate with. Doctor “used” to take my insurance, but now doesn’t? It was wasteful of my time and there’s as well. Shouldn’t promote doctor is it isn’t covered by insurance that it states it is.

Unprofessional service! Blurry x-ray and miscount the number of my teeth; request for prepayment and refused to issue refund for prepayment; False information is given on websites in terms of insurance; didn’t give patients their treatments history (you have to ask right after your treatment, otherwise they never sent it to you). I have requested TWICE! Still have not received my past treatment; not transparent billing process. They give you the price estimate before treatment, but when the procedure changed - cheaper version replacement (I.e, using temporary filling instead of permanent), you have to pay 3 figures more than agreed price.
In addition, when your insurance claims reports the actual price is below their price estimate, they suddenly become out-of-network provider and refuse to refund. Insurance company did not even know when they became out-of -network; Feeling pushed to take unnecessary services; extremely expensive compared to other dentistry around the area.

The dentist was fine, it was her hygientist who was the problem. When he did the x-rays, he kept knocking me in the head and the thing he put in my mouth to bite down on kept stabbing me and making me gag. I've never had that experience in my life. Will definitely not be going back.

I felt the visit was longer than other dentist appointments I have had. Some equipment used is outdated which made the appointment longer. Doctor and staff were very nice. I will probably numb my gums before my next appointment to help with some of the roughness.
