I believe that healing looks different for everyone, and there is no one-size-fits-all approach. I believe in meeting you exactly where you are. I take a collaborative approach, which means we work through things together. Medication can be a helpful tool when it’s needed, but it’s not the only piece of the process. We’ll also focus on building and strengthening coping skills so you feel more confident day to day. Above all, my goal is to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and accepted without judgment. I provide telehealth psychiatric services to people living in Arizona. I work with children ages 6 and up, adolescents, and adults. I specialize in treating mood disorders including depression, anxiety and bipolar, as well as ADHD, OCD, schizophrenia, PTSD, and more. Let's work together to get you feeling like yourself again. My goal is to help you restore contentment and peace in your life. Thank you for trusting me with your care.
