I went to 3 periodontal offices for my bleeding gum. Two of them shew out not very care about my concern, just said I need deep cleaning. But I told them that I did it 6 months ago, how I can do one more time so soon. Hopeless and sadness. My friend referred me about Dr. Shim. It's just another try without any expectation. But it surprised me this office is quite matching the name " Cozy" . Even Dr. Shim gave me a different image, she looks young but sophisticated, petite but capable, fast talking but clear. She gave me hope for sure. I follow her suggestion, now my gum almost heal. For whom need right treatment, I do highly recommend Dr. Shim. By the way, she also do implants.

As a new patient, everything works smoothly from the moment the appointment is booked until the end of appointment. Doctor explained everything, took care of the routine exam and cleaning as expected. Unlike some other dentist, doctor did not unnecessarily recommend services that is not needed.

Cozy Dental is a hidden gem! The staff is so welcoming and the space is very relaxing and clean. I am so happy I found Dr. Choi. She is always very detailed in her reviews and explanations, giving great options for the best form of treatments. I've been through many dentists and I can tell she is meticulous with her work. I love how she takes photos before and after treatment. I recommend Dr. Choi if you are looking for a new dentist!
