Let's be real.. sometimes life can just be HARD. All of the life transitions and stress can lead to increased anxiety, depression and overwhelm. Are you feeling stuck? Struggling to find some sense of direction and purpose? Craving to create deeper relationships? Searching for these answers alone can be exhausting.. that's where I come in! I help teens and young adults to build confidence in themselves, their relationships, and their lives through understanding, healing, and skill building.
Together we will explore you; your strengths, your challenges, your wants and needs. We might incorporate worksheets to assess and learn, art to express yourself and explore ideas, or talk therapy to process and share your stories. This time is yours, so the goal is up to you, and I am here to help guide you along the way.
You have taken the first step already by looking for help, now feel free to reach out! This is a place you can be completely yourself and completely supported. It is time to let go of the heaviness you have been carrying, and find what makes you feel peaceful, fulfilled and passionate.
