Since 2006, Dr. Craig Singer has been providing expertise in the diagnosis and management of skin disease from the young to the elderly. Dr. Singer is particularly adept at examining the skin using a specialized instrument called a dematoscope. This tool enables a deeper examination of the skin that is not visible to the naked eye. In addition, Dr. Singer spent 10 years attending weekly grand rounds at the Department of Dermatology, Wayne State University, enabling him to sharpen his clinical skills. Dr. Singer treats a wide variety of skin ailments including acne, eczema, and psoriasis as well as abnormal moles, precancerous lesions and skin cancer. Whether you are looking to keep your skin healthy or seeking control of your skin disease, Dr. Singer will provide you with the proper treatment to help you look your best.
Dr. Singer is also an expert in the treatment of acne and acne scarring. He launched the wildly successful Acne Center of Michigan in 2021 and has since helped thousands of patients feel better about their complexion. In addition he is the only physician in Michigan to offer a comprehensive acne scar treatment to address every type of scar defect in a single session.
