Creating Chapters Counseling
From middle school to early adulthood, life is full of exciting new chapters but also challenging plot twists. Between school pressures, changing friendships, and evolving family dynamics, it is easy to feel anxious, unmotivated, or simply overwhelmed. For neurodivergent individuals, these experiences can feel even more intense, as navigating a world not designed with you in mind adds a unique layer of complexity.
It isn’t easy to navigate these moments alone, but when you feel truly seen and understood, you can move forward with confidence and resilience.
With over 10 years of clinical experience specializing in neurodiverse youth and young adults, I focus on helping families repair relationships and find their footing. My path to becoming an Autism Specialist was personal; growing up in a neurodiverse family gave me a front-row seat to the challenges of navigating identity and societal pressures. I truly love the energy of these transitional years and bring a personable, fun, and affirming vibe to every session.
By blending mindfulness with evidence-based tools like CBT, DBT, and ACT, I help my clients move from a state of 'survival mode' to one of empowerment. I believe that everyone has the capacity to recognize their strengths, build supportive relationships, and develop the practical tools needed to thrive in any setting.
Together, we can create a new chapter for your life, one where you feel understood, confident, and ready to take on whatever comes next. I invite you to start the next chapter with me today.
I have after-school and evening sessions currently available.
I offer both in-person and virtual sessions. Our first appointment will be a virtual consultation. During that time, we can discuss your or your child's needs, explore goals for therapy, and determine whether I would be a good fit. I’m also happy to review next steps, scheduling options, and answer any questions you may have.
